I love avocados. Like, so much. Like, “Yes ma’m, it is okay that you will charge me $434874 extra dollars to add some to my Chipotle bowl.” Just make it a good scoop of that delicious guacamole! I eat them as a snack. I eat them in salads, tacos, burritos, etc. I steal the bigger half from Jordin when we slice the delicious green monster in half. I get excited and rush to the grocery store when I get an ad in the mail that says, “4 avocados for $2.” I get excited when I see my sisters left a piece of avocado on their plate. I eat guacamole about 3-5 times a week. I get legitimately sad when I am too early and my avocado is still too hard to eat. OR EVEN WORSE– when I am too late and the avocado is too mushy. Avocados are tricky little fellas…
